I'm Rufat Guliyev, a full-stack engineer based in Sumgait, Azerbaijan and relocating to Istanbul. I work across the whole stack in TypeScript:

PostgreSQL underneath. These days most of what I build is AI-first, wiring LLM APIs into real products and building the tooling around them.

Hand me a problem and I'll scope it, design the data model and the API, build the interface, and ship it, then keep sharpening it once it's live. I learn fast, I'm comfortable going solo on ambitious systems, and I care about the details that separate software that works from software that feels finished.
Outside of client work I build my own products to push myself: an LLM-powered database assistant, a no-code AI workflow engine, a full tour-booking platform. Usually solo, always end to end.
